At Dem, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you'd like to return your order, please ensure your items meet our return conditions, and post to the below address via your local post office.

NOTE: Shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and are not covered by Dem. We recommend to keep your tracking number, as we cannot provide refunds or store credit for lost/missing parcels.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Your item may be returned, if:

- It is returned within 14 days of being received
- It is unworn, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Tags are still attached

*Please note we do not offer any returns on earrings for hygiene purposes.

If returned items appear to be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from their original condition, they will not be eligible for a return, and will be sent back to the customer.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM AND SEND BACK WITH YOUR ITEM/S. YOU CAN FIND A COPY OF THE RETURN FORM HERE.

FULL-PRICE RETURNS

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit.
*Items purchased during promotional activities are considered full price. Therefore, they are eligible for a refund or store credit.

SALE RETURNS

Sale items can be returned for store credit only.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are so sorry if you have received a faulty product!
If you believe your item has a fault, please email shop@demboutique.com.au with your order number, and a brief description of the fault. Please include photos if possible, as they help us to assess the fault. 
Minor faults can often be repaired. Major faults may be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

REFUNDS

If your returned items comply with the conditions, your refund will be paid back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, your refund should take approximately 5-10 days to process.

*Please note we do not refund Shipping Costs.

STORE CREDIT

If your returned items comply with the conditions, a store credit will be issued to you via email. Store credit is valid for one year, from the date that your return is received.
