WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders are dispatched within 1 day of your purchase date. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipping information and an Australia Post tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, and take approximately 2 - 7 business days with standard shipping, and 1 - 3 business days with express shipping. International orders are sent via DHL Express, and take approximately ? business days to deliver.

DO YOU REFUND?

Yes, only for full-priced items and items purchased during promotion.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes you can! For sale items, you can return for store credit only.

CAN I EXCHANGE?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange. We may sell out of the item/s you want before your return is received, so we provide store credit only. As soon as we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit which you can then use to purchase your new items.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Returning at Dem is super easy! Simply go to our returns page to find our return conditions, and send your parcel back via your local post office.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN MY ITEM/S?

Yes. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, and are not covered by Dem. We recommend using registered post and keeping your tracking number, as we cannot provide refunds or store credit for lost/missing parcels.

HOW LONG DOES MY STORE CREDIT LAST?

Store credit is valid for one year. We will issue your store credit on the date that your return is received. 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email shop@demboutique.com.auwith your order number and a brief description of the fault/error.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email shop@demboutique.com.auIf your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we will kindly cancel your order and reimburse you. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through the returns process once you receive it.

CAN I USE TWO PROMO CODES/VOUCHERS?

You can only use one code at a time. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.

CAN I ADD A PROMO CODE/VOUCHER AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot add a code or voucher after your order has been placed. We also cannot reimburse you for the code or voucher after you've placed your order.
